Dr. Farkhanda Tirmizi

Dr. Farkhanda Tirmizi DDS is an accomplished dentist who graduated on a full scholarship in dentistry from an international institution before attaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and Post-Graduation in Comprehensive Dentistry for international students from NYU College of Dentistry.

She has worked in New York, the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and abroad, giving her the experience and knowledge to provide excellent oral hygiene and patient care. She is passionate about bringing smiles to her patients’ faces, as well as providing them with the tools and knowledge to maintain good oral health. Dr. Tirmizi currently resides in Plano, Texas with her husband and four children, and is known for her compassion as both a wife and mother, and a dentist.

Andrew P. Kelsey DDS

Dr. Kelsey graduated with honors from Baylor University in Biochemistry, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry in 2013. Since 2015 he has focused exclusively in Oral Surgery and Implantology.  Dedicated to continuing education he is a  member of the International Dental Implant Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Academy of Osseointegration.  Dr. Kelsey is certified for IV Conscious Sedation and routinely works with sedation specialists.  He is committed to providing the absolute best care possible and is truly passionate when it comes to helping his patients.  Dr. Kelsey lives with his wife, Mrs. Dr. Rachael Kelsey – also a Dentist and their very young son Charlie.  When not working the family enjoys traveling and fun dining experiences. 

Natt Nontakon

ienced and caring dental professional who has been living in Dallas since 1993 and working in the dental field for over 20 years. Originally from Thailand, he has always had a passion for making patients feel comfortable and at ease. He does this by building trust and friendship with each and every patient.

When he’s not in the office, Natt enjoys staying active and exploring the great outdoors. He loves running, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends. Aracely Cavazos

For almost two decades, Aracely, or Shelly as she is commonly known, has been a Lead Registered Dental Assistant at our practice. She is committed to keeping up with continuing dental education courses to help her patients with their oral health. She loves her job and can’t fathom doing anything else! She is appreciated by her patients for her gentle and sympathetic demeanor. When not at work, Shelly enjoys spending time with her close family; her son, daughter and grandson.

Joe Flores

Joe Flores is a highly skilled dental assistant. Although relatively new to this team, he has built a strong relationships with this patients and colleagues. He has a strong background in providing chair-side assistance to dentists, taking dental x-rays, digital intraoral scans and performing other dental procedures. Joe has a positive attitude, is friendly and reliable, and is great at working in a fast-paced environment. He is also dedicated to providing excellent patient care and is highly knowledgeable on the latest dental technologies. Joe is also fluent in Spanish and is a great asset to any dental team.

Ma’ham Siddiqui

Ma’ham Siddiqui is an experienced and dedicated dental assistant whose passion for helping others is evident in her friendly, cheerful demeanor. She has worked in the dental field for three years, and is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of dental care. Her warm smile and compassionate attitude instantly put patients at ease. In addition, she is always eager to learn new procedures and techniques. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in activities such as cooking, reading, and being outdoors. Maham is a valued asset to the dental practice and is known for her strong work ethic and commitment to patient care. Y. Seguara

Y. Seguara is a Front Office, Insurance & Treatment Coordinator for our office who has been working in the dental field for 18 years. She joined our team in November of 2015 and has been providing excellent customer service ever since. Y. Seguara is passionate about helping patients with scheduling appointments and answering any questions they have regarding their insurance. In her free time, Y. Seguara loves spending time with her family. She is married and has a 5-year-old son. She enjoys going out for walks at the park with her husband and son and going out to the movies. Y.
